It’s the same plans at the same price. WooCommerce runs on WordPress, so your shop gets everything in Managed WordPress, with caching, security and backups that suit a shop.
Will caching break my basket or checkout?
No. Caching is set up for WooCommerce, so baskets and checkouts keep working properly while your product and category pages load quickly.
Can my shop cope with a busy sale?
Yes. PHP workers are unlimited, so shoppers don’t queue behind each other at checkout, and Redis keeps the database quick. If your shop outgrows a plan, a Managed VPS gives it a server of its own.
Can I test changes without losing new orders?
Yes. Try updates on a staging copy of your shop, then push just the files to your live site. Your live database, with its orders and customers, isn’t overwritten.
What happens to new orders if I restore a backup?
Restoring your database takes it back to the time of the backup, so any orders placed since would go. If a plugin or theme update goes wrong, restore just your files instead, which leaves your orders alone. If you’re not sure, ask us first.
Which plan should I choose for my shop?
A single shop usually starts on 1 Site. If you run several shops, or need more storage and CDN allowance for product images, 10 Sites and 40 Sites give you room to grow. You can upgrade at any time.
